Damaged or Defective Goods
If goods are returned to Over the  Books and Gifts due to damage, we will refund you for the full item cost and return postage. You will need to pay postage in the first instance, but the total (including your return cost) will be refunded to your method of payment once goods are received.

We  do understand that from time to time the product you have ordered may not meet your requirements, in this instance we will accept the return of goods within 28 days of your order being placed for a full refund.
